Voici une recette toute simple à faire avec vos enfants pour le goûter et en plus c’est une bonne idée pour utiliser les restes de fruits ou les fruits qui ont une mauvaise mine 😉
For a cake of 8 people, you will need:
.3 eggs
.125g brown sugar / cassonnade
.125g butter
.125g flour
.10g baking powder
. your leftover fruit that you will have previously sautéed in a saucepan (as if to make a compote). For this recipe, we used leftover strawberries and peaches.
Making your strawberry and peach cake:
1 / In a bowl, do blanchir * your egg yolks (keep the whites for the next step) with the sugar.
2 / Add the melted butter then the flour and the yeast . Mix well and gently incorporate with a spatula your whipped egg whites .
3 / Put your preparation in your mold and add the fruits. Direction the hot oven 350F) for about 30 minutes (everything will depend on the power of your oven).
To make sure your strawberry cake is cooked through, insert the tip of a knife into the cake. When you take it out, if there is no dough on the blade, your cake is done!
