Vendredi 2 février, c’est la Chandeleur ! Et qui dit chandeleur, dit crêpes 🙂
Notice to young and old gourmets. For our Wednesday Recipe, I offer you a recipe of Pancakes with Cocoa and Fruits.
For this recipe, you need: :
.120g flour
.4og cocoa powder
.20g light brown sugar
.2 eggs
.1 spoon vegetal oil
.280ml skimmed milk
.vanilla extract
.almond extract (few drops)
. 4 spoons of beer
Raspberry coulis, lemon note: 400g frozen raspberries, 60g icing sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 8 long threads of strawberry candies
For the fresh fruit treasure: 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 8 beautiful strawberries, 24 raspberries, 32 blueberries
1/ In a salad bowl, add the sifted flour, cocoa powder and sugar. Make a well in the center, add the egg, vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of milk. Beat vigorously until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough .
2/ Gradually add the milk and continue mixing. Then add the vanilla, bitter almond and beer. Mix quickly and let rest your dough for 30 minutes in the fridge
3/ Meanwhile, prepare the coulis. In a blender, blend the defrosted raspberries. remove the seeds by straining. Add lemon and icing sugar and chill.
4/ Prepare your pancakes. You can get help from an adult for cooking.

6/ Maintenant que tu as tes crêpes, ton coulis et tes fruits, c’est parti pour la mise en forme de nos aumônières ! Tu peux utiliser des fils bonbons colorés pour fermer tes crêpes 😉
